Monster 800 bar is an extract of power, quality and reliability designed and produced for heavy-duty continuous use.
The "Monster 800 bar" is a hydro-operating unit designed with the goal of supplying a machine that, for its power, quality and reliability, can be used in the heavy industry, in shipyards for cleaning or removing the paint on the keels of ships, to remove rust on road and railway bridges, for taking off deteriorated concrete.

Technical features
- Strong frame Palletized frame set with painted base and tubes in chromed s.s. rested on four suitable anti-vibration brackets.
- Industrial pump 1000 Rpm with crankshaft, body in die-cast aluminium stainless steel head, conical shaft bearings, aluminium alloy connecting rods, forged steel crankshaft, crankshaft sealings in viton, guide pistons in surface-treated cast iron, full ceramic plungers and stainless steel valves
- Electric motor 50 Hp, 1000Rpm, frame in cast iron, isolation class “F”, grease devices for bearings grasing.
- Elastic coupling between pump and motor.
- Multi-stage pump with several centrifugal impellers placed upright to assure a steady quantity of warwe and pressure to the pump in h.p.
- Pressure gauge 1000 bar made of stainless steel.
- Pre-calibrated and sealed safety valve.
- Pressure regulator.
- Pressure switch for lack of water.
- Primary cartridge filter 10”, 70 and 25 microns on the inlet of the multi-stage pump.
- Double cartridge fillter 10” made of stainless steel, 150 microns on the inlet of high pressure pump.
- Control panel complete with: general ON/OFF switch that feeds the multi-stage electric pump switch and the SOFT-START motor starting. PLC for the pressure switch control. Warning lights to breakdown notice, time-counter and emergency head for immediate turning off.
- H.p. hose 950 bar, 3/8”, 15 mts with screw quick couplings.
- Lance complete with gun and shoulder rest with by-pass system and discharge to lose.
- H.p. nozzle made of stainless steel with sapphire insert.
