The names "Idrobase", "Riparatore Garantito", the pictures accompanying these names and their logos are registered trademarks of Idrobase Srl.
The trademarks and the badges relating to the products and to the information indicated in this website belong in an exclusive way to the respective owners.
Idrobase Srl informs you that you can use this website and have a copy of its pages exclusively for your personal necessity. It is understood, that also in this case you do not have to break the rules concerning the right of intellectual and/or industrial ownership.
The distribution to third parties for money, the publishing to make money, changes, the drafting in any form and way, the reverse engineering, the mirroring, the framing, the posting or any other way of similar reproduction and, in general, the digital storage are all considered illegal and they will be prosecuted in accordance to the regulations in force.

Guarantee
All the machines have been subjected to accurate tests and are covered with a guarantee of 12 months in case of manufacturing defects. The guarantee starts from the date of purchase. It is valid the date of purchase indicated on the receipt or on the invoice, which the dealer gives at the moment of delivery of the machine.
The manufacturing company obliges itself to let repair or to let replace free those parts, which show manufacturing defects within the time of guarantee.
Defects, that are not clearly ascribable to the material or to the manufacture will be checked in one of our authorized technical service centers or at Idrobase and charged according to the results.
The guarantee doesn't include: accidental damage due to transport, to neglect or to bad treatment, to an use or to an installation, which were wrong or incorrect or not in accordance to the warnings indicated in the operating instructions, to cases, which were not linked to the normal working or use of the machine, the electrical components.
The guarantee decays, if the machine was repaired or tempered by non-authorized third parties.
The extension of the guarantee and the substitution of machines after having improperly used or damaged them are not valid.
Repairing under Guarantee
The repairing takes place in one of our authorized technical service centers or in our seat and the machine must be delivered free port: the transport charge is so at the expense of the sender.
Valid norms in Italy
If the repairing is to be performed in the seat of the user or of the dealer, the technical service center will charge 0,35 € + 20%VAT per run Km to the customer.
The guarantee doesn't include the eventual cleaning of the members and the replacement of the components, which are subjected to wear as for example of the lance nozzle or of the oil nozzle, which will be charged.
The manufacturer declines all responsibility for eventual damage to people, animals or things.
Repairing without guarantee
The authorized technical service center will apply following conditions for repairing, which is not under guarantee:
Labour costs: Lit. 25,00 € +20% VAT per working hour
Transport: 0,35 € +20%VAT per run Km
Spare parts in accordance to the official list price of Idrobase.
Components subjected to wear in accordance to the official list price of Idrobase.

Idrobase has in Italy a net of service called "Guaranteed Repairer" for the post-sell service. It is an elite of qualified repairers, who can repair any high pressure washer, built in Italy in the last 20 years by using innovative methods and high quality spare parts.
General terms of supply
Prices
The prices of the articles, which are periodically published in our website cancel or replace the precedent ones and must be considered net from VAT.
Payments
You can effect the payment of the ordered articles by credit card or by bank transfer. In case of payment by credit card, Idrobase will send you the invoice of the purchase at the date of shipment of the ware, after the authorization of the bank issuing the credit card. Data relating to the credit card are protected by the SSL protocol (Secure Sockets Layer), which is arranged by Banca Sella. In case of payment by bank transfer, Idrobase will send you the invoice of the purchase at the day of shipment of the ware.
Security of transaction
The security of payment with the use of credit card is guaranteed by Banca Sella, the bank partnered and collaborating with Idrobase Group. Banca Sella permits the card holder to send his card data (number, expiry date, name, etc.) directly to the bank and not to the online shop or its service provider. Upon confirmation of your acceptance to pay by credit card, you will complete a form with your card details on a reserved page located in the server protected by Banca Sella. Transport
The transport charge varies according to the country of destination and to the weight of the ordered articles. It is indicated in our order confirmation.
Return
Idrobase guarantees the material integrity of the articles at the moments of shipment. If you became damaged articles or articles, which were different from the ones, that you bought, you can ask for their replacement within 10 days from the date of their receipt by sending an e-mail to the address
idrobase@idrobase.com
and expressing your will to give us back the articles. You will write in your e-mail the reason of the return, the order number and the coordinates of your company. Idrobase Srl will take care for organizing the withdrawal of the articles and their replacement, otherwise you will be reimbursed of the whole amount, if you do not choose this option.

The set of rules existing in Italy are worth in this case.
Forum
This website and the present operating instructions have been worded by keeping the Italian Law as normative reference. In accordance to the Law, the court low of Padova (Italy) will be competent for any controversy.

The data in question will be entered into a computer database and processed using specially-developed computer procedures. The owner of the database is the firm of Idrobase Srl The data in question may be compared to other data present in other databases.
Having read and understood the above in accordance with Article 11 of Law 675/96, you expressly give your consent to the processing of the data provided to the extent to which that consent is expressly requested by law; you also give your consent to the communication of the said data to the categories of parties specified above.
